Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Donley called the Senate. Senator Donley lifted the call. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 169(FIN) "An Act providing that the delinquency laws are inapplicable to minors who are at least 16 years of age and are accused of felony crimes against persons directed at victims because of the victims' race, sex, color, creed, physical or mental disability, ancestry, or national origin" pass the Senate?"
